Tenterfield #3 has open grasslands with cypress pine, ironbark and box trees. It is hilly with scrub on ridges and hills. Enjoy good views off hills of surrounding area.
Picturesque countryside with creeks and gullies. Lots of birdlife in creeks with rivergums. Clear, cool water in watering holes and granite sand. Great for swimming or cooling off.
Good deck on the cottage to watch the fire and stars at night.

Property is hilly with creeks that are mainly dry, scrub and timber that feral animals and game inhabit. There are dams that can attract game animals in dry times.

Property has been in the family for over 114 years. Originally a wool growing property. Now moved to cattle with some Brahmam Content.
Tenterfield is known for it's peacful, calm way of life. Heritage buildings with English trees that turn beautiful colours in autumn. A cool climate without the heat extreems.
All amenities are in Tenterfield to stop over and play golf on the great golf course. Plenty of coffee shops and renowed dress shops.

For each non-hunter attending any of our properties, it is compulsory to be covered by current comprehensive public liability insurance. This is a non-negotiable requirement and forms part of your booking contract. Similar to having travel insurance to go on holidays. This insurance is available by being a current member of an AHO, the SSAA or the Shooters Union before your booking is approved.
We also recommend current ambulance cover.
You enter these properties fully aware of the risks involved and do so at your own risk.

Bikes, buggy’s and Quads/ATV are to be taken onto properties entirely at your own risk.
